Every year, the Girl's Day Academy invites young female STEM talents to experience science in a very practical way and find out about studying. The participants were able to get to know transport and traffic sciences in two workshops.

Funding of young academics: Faculty of Transport and Traffic Sciences awards four new company scholarships to Master's students
For the winter semester 2024/25, DB InfraGo AG, Rail Power Systems GmbH and ISB Ingenieurgesellschaft für Sicherungstechnik und Bau mbh are supporting a total of four Master's students with their own company scholarship.

Faculty of Transport and Traffic Sciences bids farewell to graduates on Faculty Day
In the academic year 2023/24, the Faculty said farewell to 126 graduates and 19 new postdocs. In addition to the awarding of the teaching prize by the student council, the winners of research prizes were also honored at the ceremony.

Clean Mobility Award for student research project on ETCS for rail vehicles
Blanca Roßberg, student of rail vehicle technology, receives the VDB Young Talent Award for her student research project on ETCS for rail vehicles. The award was presented to her at InnoTrans, the international trade fair for transport technology, on September 23, 2024 in Berlin.
